Habit

Every day we do a lot of things. We often follow a routine. We do a set of tasks and we normally do it everyday of our lives. And sometimes we act under a specific habit that we had acquired a long time ago.

Well, according to wikipedia.com, a habit is a automatic routine of behaviour that are repeated regularly without thinking. It happens without any contemporaneous intention of this person. To cut it short, these are set of actions that we normally do without even thinking that we are actually doing it .(how ironic!!!) Our habits could reflect what kind of lifestyle that we are living right now and this could also mean how we are coping with the varying situations that are happening around us.

Since habits are actions, it could be either good or bad. We all know the major differences between the two of them. But the problem arises when we acquire the bad habits. Since it repeatedly done and it is done without thinking, breaking these bad habits would really need a great effort from us. It would take a lot of determination from us.

And breaking our habits is really that hard. Just remember that: if somebody else can do it, why do you bother to do it also. (joke!!) "IF SOMEBODY ELSE CAN DO IT, YOU COUKD DEFINITELY DO IT JUST MIND OVER MATTER!!!!!"
